Today's OneWord is "Winning"

 

Gracious Father, we come to the throne of grace this morning.

 

Our Father, we are forever grateful for Your love, kindness, and new mercies today. We thank You; we honor You just because of who You are. Father, we pray that our heart is the wellspring of life. Father, we desire to walk in Your truth and keep our heart pure. We know salvation does not exempt us from life. Therefore, we ask that You to guard our heart from garbage that can creep in and take our mind. When the trails come, and You know they will, help us to stand boldly, firmly, and strong with our focus on You, and You alone. You are our Strength and Strong Tower.

 

Father, our most generous God. We ask that You remove us from all relationships that are not ordained of You. Bind all relationships that are not of the Spirit. Abolish all relationships that are based on control, domination, or manipulation. And hinder all relationships based on deception. The enemy is busy and we give him no extra ground.

 

Father, Your Word says, "I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden Your Word in my heart that I might not sin against You" (Ps 119:9-11). Therefore, we ask You to release our mind of unhealthy cells, take authority over our bad memories, and close down evilness from our eyes. Father would you hold back ungodly things in our ears, bring to end ill spoken words with our tongue, close the idleness of our hands, eliminate the crooked path of our feet, and anything that is distracting us from the focus on Your Marvelous Power. 

 

You said in Your Word, "The Word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edge sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joint, and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart" (Heb 4:12). Father because You see our innermost thoughts and know all of our secrets. Help us to live holy and pure before You. Gracious God, when we look at our challenges, help us to look to Your promises in the Word and rejoice to bring You the glory.

 

Father, please forgive us for the times that our actions did not bring You honor and glory. Deliver us from evil and give us our daily bread. Allow us to give ourselves away to You, as a gift. Help us to live for You.  We love You, Father. We give You the honor, the glory, and the praise!

 

In the Mighty name of Jesus, we declare and decree we are winning. Amen!
