Today's OneWord is "Power"

 

Jehovah Tsebaoth, (Lord of Hosts), we come to the throne room of Knowledge this morning.

 

Father, You are the King of unimaginable power. We recognize Your demonstrated power over the earth. We understand that every knee and tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord. Because of Your presence the earth tremble when You come near. Your presence is so majestic and compelling. We praise You because You are good. You are greater than all gods. There is no King greater. You are so powerful that You bring out the clouds from the end of the earth. You send lightning with the rain, and bring out the wind from his storehouses. You defeated many nations and gave their land as a gift to Your people. You are so worthy to be praise. We lift our hands in adoration to You. You are so powerful You afflicted the Egyptians with plagues of frogs, gnats, hail, locusts, and darkness to let Your people go. Your works are so unexplainable that You parted the Red Sea. You are so awesome that in 1 Samuel 7, You used thunder to vanish the enemy. You love Your children so much that You prevented the lions from eating Daniel.  Awe if we could only know how much You love us.

 

We glorify You because of Your name. We put our trust in You because You are our help and protection. Lord, You speak when storms uproot trees. You speak with sustaining power to our situations. We are grateful that we are the apples of Your Eye. You have shown us Your love and kindness this morning. We understand that we are extraordinary in the sight of You! You clothe us with Your love and understanding. Father teaches us Your love and gives us peace in this day of trouble. We lift up our eyes to the hills from whence comes our help. Restore confidence in us that our help comes from You and You alone, who made heaven and earth. Grant us the wisdom to know that You are our Keeper; You are our shade at our right hand. We pray that You preserve us from all evil; and You preserve our souls. Load us with our daily benefits.

 

God, we pray fervently that You continue to be our Keeper, who protects us at all times and in all ways. As we are experiencing life concerns help us to let them go! Be a great Comforter for us Lord! Your Word reassures us that You are always awake. Remind us though we are weak and limited, we are not victims because we belong to a God who calls each star out by name. We know You are guarding and protecting us against any kind of evil. Father would You grant us eyes to see Your hand in all we do, and allow us to be Your servants. Father, we ask according to Matt. 15:20 "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." Because Your Word clearly states that You desire for us to live in unity and harmony with other believers.

 

And Father, we want to thank You for generously pouring good things into our lives. "Ask, and you shall receive. Search, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened for you. Everyone who asks will receive…So how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask him" (Matthew 7:7-11). We ask for Your perfect plans and original purposes for our lives to be fulfilled. You said, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a good future" (Jeremiah 29:11).

 

Grant us supernatural power to speak to any situation. We pray this prayer with power that it hits the target, and Your word performs what it was intended to do in the name of Jesus. Amen!
