Praying in Faith

Our Father in Heaven, we shout joyfully to You, the Rock of our salvation. We come to You with thanksgiving for You are the great God and the great King above all gods. I realize my helplessness in saving myself, and I glory in what Christ has done for me. I ask that each of your children let go, put aside all past sources of their hurts, pains, and confidences, counting them worth less than nothing, in order that they may experience Christ and become one with You.

We are blessed and we will not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of the scornful. Our delight is in the law of the Lord, and we will meditate on Your law day and night. Your deeds are amazing! Everything You do reveals Your glory and majesty. Your righteousness never fails. You cause us to remember Your wonderful works. You are gracious and merciful. You give rewards to those who diligently seek You.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we are of good courage. I pray that You grant to Your children boldness to speak forth Your Word with confidence and assurance. I pray that freedom of utterance be given to them that as they open their mouth to proclaim boldly the mystery of the good news of the Gospel. Father let them come boldly to Your throne with petitions for themselves and others. Help them to walk by faith. Help them to laugh more and enjoy every day to its fullness. Remind them to stand on Your Word daily.

Father, forgive them for doubt and unbelief. Forgive them for not taking care of their health, mind, and soul. Remind them because You forgive they can forgive as well. Lead them Lord not into temptation; but deliver them from the evil one. Let them not be afraid because You are with them. You are their strength, their help, and You will uphold them with Your victorious right hand. By Your wounds, they are healed. Your Word says that You will rescue them because they love You, and You will protect them because they trust in Your name. You said that You will answer them when they call You and be with them when in trouble. By faith, I declare and stand on Your Word, and I decree that Your will be done. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Much love,
